If your goods are intended for sale, send us a commercial invoice by e-mail info@balikdozahranici.cz. The invoice must state the contents of the shipment, value, number of individual items, name of the sender and recipient.

At your request, we can issue a VDD, or export accompanying document. For these purposes, it is necessary to grant the carrier a power of attorney by filling in the customs representation form, which we will provide you free of charge. You will enter the EORI number in the customs agency agreement.

The EORI number serves as an identifier of economic operators for communication with the customs authorities. This is the number assigned by the customs office on your request. It most often consists of the assigned VAT number. You can request an EORI number at the relevant customs office.

Goods sent outside the European Union pass through customs clearance in the country of delivery. The assessed CLO and VAT are paid by the consignee. For shipments to countries outside the EU, it is necessary to provide a pro forma invoice, which we will prepare for you. All you have to do is fill in the transport order correctly. For goods with a value of less than GBP 15, the recipient should not pay customs duties or VAT. Therefore, we recommend that you enter a lower value.
